PYG Therapy is expanding our pediatric therapy team and is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-home services to children and families throughout Arizona. We welcome both experienced clinicians and those looking to develop their skills within pediatric home health.

Compensation- Hourly rates ranging from $46-$75 per visitCompensation determined by geographic area, experience, and employment statusW-2 and independent contractor opportunities availableFull-time and part-time schedules available

As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will provide treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist while helping children achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver speech therapy interventions in the home environment under the direction of a supervising SLPCarry out treatment plans and therapy activities established by the supervising therapistDocument patient participation, progress, and outcomes in a timely mannerEducate caregivers on strategies and activities that support progress outside of therapy sessionsCommunicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient status and treatment needsFoster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and community members

- W-2 employment or 1099 contract arrangementsCustom schedules ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weeklyOpportunities throughout multiple Arizona communities
