Operations Coordinator / Executive Support

Location: In Office
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced financial services and insurance office. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a business environment.

This position works directly with ownership and key departments to help manage operations, marketing coordination, underwriting case flow, and executive support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Life Underwriting Department to track and manage cases from new business through policy issue and inforce status

• Oversee internal workflow and follow up with administrative staff to ensure applications, calendars, and daily priorities stay on track

• Monitor digital marketing campaigns and assist with tracking lead flow, campaign performance, and return on investment

• Help organize operational systems, reporting, and office processes

• Assist leadership with scheduling, follow up, and day to day business operations

• Manage multiple moving priorities in a fast paced environment
