Job Title: Transportation Technician
Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Interview Process: First Video Than In Person
Key requirements:
- Customer service experience (highly preferred)
- Dispatch or call center experience (highly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to monitor multiple computer systems and CCTV cameras
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, email)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to multitask and make decisions with minimal supervision
