Head of Product & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Product & Growth based in Switzerland.

This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and growth initiatives for a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business entering a new phase of development.
You will own the product vision, guide engineering priorities, and create scalable processes that support long-term growth.
Working closely with customers, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders, you will transform insights into impactful product decisions.
You will combine product leadership, growth expertise, and operational ownership to drive measurable business outcomes.
The position provides significant autonomy, allowing you to shape the product foundation, team structure, and future direction from the start.
You will join a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment where innovation, ownership, and AI-powered ways of working are central to success.

Accountabilities:

As Head of Product & Growth, you will take full ownership of product direction, customer experience, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, QA, sales, and marketing resources to improve the product, strengthen customer relationships, and build scalable systems that support expansion.

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic direction while guiding engineering and QA teams toward impactful outcomes.
  • Lead customer-focused product development by engaging with users, running demos, supporting onboarding, and translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Drive growth initiatives, including improving onboarding experiences, increasing activation rates, optimizing conversion, and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve operational efficiency, documentation, support resources, and internal collaboration.
  • Use AI tools as a productivity multiplier across product planning, customer support, documentation, research, and data analysis.
  • Partner with leadership and commercial teams to define growth strategies, pricing opportunities, and revenue initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and develop strategies to support larger accounts and long-term retention.
  • Create structure and clarity in a growing environment by introducing effective workflows and decision-making processes.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a product and growth leader with experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments. You should be comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and working closely with both customers and technical teams.

  • 4–7+ years of experience in product management, growth, operations, or founder/operator roles within B2B SaaS, software, or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, growth initiatives, and business outcomes.
  • Strong technical understanding, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, understand APIs, and evaluate technical trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in practical workflows to improve productivity, decision-making, and execution.
  • Strong customer orientation with confidence handling support conversations, product demonstrations, and user feedback sessions.
  • Ability to operate independently, create structure, and build processes in environments with limited existing frameworks.
  • Commercial mindset with experience analyzing conversion metrics, pricing strategies, and revenue opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Experience with the Shopify ecosystem, remote team leadership, or contractor management is considered a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment with flexibility around location and schedule.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership in shaping product strategy and company growth.
  • Opportunity to work within a global network of SaaS professionals and entrepreneurs.
  • Low-bureaucracy environment focused on efficiency, impact, and sustainable growth.
  • Friendly and collaborative team culture with strong knowledge sharing.
  • Flexible time off to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of an ambitious software business during an exciting transformation phase.
  • Competitive, location-adjusted compensation aligned with remote market standards.
