• Define and execute the long-term technical vision for machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data engineering initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and mentor managers and engineers across Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering while fostering technical excellence and career growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering leadership to prioritize investments, establish roadmaps, and deliver high-impact AI-powered products.
• Oversee the design and optimization of scalable machine learning systems, data pipelines, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Establish measurable success metrics that connect technical initiatives with business performance and customer impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and iterative execution across multiple strategic programs.

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years leading engineering teams within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade software platforms with significant business impact.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence technologies, and modern data engineering practices applied to real-world products.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with experience defining engineering strategy, leading large-scale initiatives, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Data Science organizations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and organizational leadership skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with execution while managing multiple cross-functional priorities.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $248,000 to $310,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
