Due to continued rapid growth, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Maintenance Technician it will be your job to keep our manufacturing equipment running smoothly. This role includes regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. You’ll help with day-to-day maintenance tasks, keep accurate records, and ensure a safe working environment.

What You’ll Get:

    Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

    Extra $1.50/hour during 3rd shift hours

    Weekly Pay – Get Paid Every Thursday!

What You’ll Do:

Inspect and maintain equipment to catch issues early

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and fix equipment problems

Respond quickly to maintenance requests

Keep clear records of repairs and parts used

Work closely with team members across departments

Track inventory of tools and parts

Follow all safety rules and procedures

Suggest ways to improve equipment and processes

Use maintenance software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office

Be available for on-call work, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Take on other duties as assigned

The Skills You'll Need:

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Skilled in using tools and reading technical manuals

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Good communication skills

Basic computer skills

Work in varied indoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

What We’re Looking For:

    High School Diploma or GED; additional technical certifications or training in maintenance or related fields is a plus.

    Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.

    Age 18+ with reliable transportation

    Must be able to train on 1st shift (7am-3pm)
