Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, and electrical systems to keep our environment safe, efficient, and comfortable. Your expertise will help prevent downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and support our commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Handle troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance, and fabricating needs of the facility in order to satisfy production requirements.
  • Document repairs and improvements, assist in maintaining equipment files and spare part inventories.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and process systems consistence with an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Support the production department by completing machine setups and installing processing equipment and systems.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and work orders throughout all areas of the plant, including upper floors, catwalks, railroad, bag houses, and material storage silos.
  • Perform maintenance activities to support safe and efficient plant operations.
  • All employes are responsible for complying with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements relevant to their role.

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience and/or training in maintenance related fields such as welding, fabrication, industrial electricity (480-volt 3 phase and control circuits) PLC's and other industrial manufacturing disciplines.
  • Candidate must be motivated, quality conscious, production oriented, and able to work safely and effectively within established policy and practices.
  • Willingness to work overtime in required.
  • Possess adequate skills and experience to effectively troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment used within the facility.
  • Ability and willingness to attend classes and/or training seminars as required.
