Requirements:Responsibilities
- Handle troubleshooting, repairing, preventative maintenance, and fabricating needs of the facility in order to satisfy production requirements.
- Document repairs and improvements, assist in maintaining equipment files and spare part inventories.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and process systems consistence with an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Support the production department by completing machine setups and installing processing equipment and systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and work orders throughout all areas of the plant, including upper floors, catwalks, railroad, bag houses, and material storage silos.
- Perform maintenance activities to support safe and efficient plant operations.
- All employes are responsible for complying with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements relevant to their role.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience and/or training in maintenance related fields such as welding, fabrication, industrial electricity (480-volt 3 phase and control circuits) PLC's and other industrial manufacturing disciplines.
- Candidate must be motivated, quality conscious, production oriented, and able to work safely and effectively within established policy and practices.
- Willingness to work overtime in required.
- Possess adequate skills and experience to effectively troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment used within the facility.
- Ability and willingness to attend classes and/or training seminars as required.
