  • Analyze complex datasets and transform raw information into meaningful recommendations that support product and commercial strategies.
  • Query and interpret platform data to evaluate product performance, identify trends, and answer key business questions across multiple markets.
  • Partner with product leadership to develop dashboards and measurement frameworks that guide roadmap decisions and business priorities.
  • Conduct user journey, funnel, and churn analyses to identify friction points, engagement opportunities, and ways to improve customer impact.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of data products by troubleshooting technical issues, validating information, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and statistical findings into clear narratives for leadership teams, commercial stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Support the definition of product metrics and contribute to building consistent approaches for measuring success.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Visualization Specialist, or in a related analytical role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and reports using visualization platforms such as Google Data Studio or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data manipulation capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively within remote, international teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with data warehouse technologies such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and data solutions to create meaningful impact in emerging markets is highly valued.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and reside within the Ontario Eastern Time Zone, with availability during standard business hours.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work model with flexibility and collaboration across a global team.
  • Opportunity to work on technology-driven initiatives with measurable social impact.
  • Exposure to international projects and diverse markets.
  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across product, technology, and business areas.
  • Opportunity to influence product strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a mission-driven organization.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, innovation, and different perspectives.
