As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise planning and financial transformation initiatives by designing scalable Anaplan solutions that enable smarter business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust planning models that connect data, processes, and strategic objectives. • Design, develop, and document scalable Anaplan models, including solution designs, process maps, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Translate business requirements, user stories, and existing Excel-based planning models into efficient Anaplan solutions using appropriate dimensions, hierarchies, modules, and line items.
• Build and maintain Hub-Spoke architectures, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) structures, and modern user experiences using Anaplan New UX (NUX).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, business architects, and functional teams to gather requirements and align planning solutions with business objectives.
• Identify, define, and validate data requirements to support enhanced forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop test cases, perform functional validation, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
• Apply Anaplan modeling best practices, governance standards, and optimization techniques while managing multiple stakeholder relationships across business functions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing existing planning models and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience or participation in a minimum of three end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
• Anaplan Level 3 Certification (or higher) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with databases and data management concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience supporting business planning and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of forecasting processes and business planning across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
