The Senior Manager, Experience Optimization will own the conversion layer of a high-growth digital media business, turning readers into registered users, subscribers, and long-term members.
This role will lead optimization across subscription, registration, paywall, landing page, and onsite experiences.
You will use experimentation, analytics, personalization, and first-party data to improve every stage of the customer journey.
The position also offers the opportunity to shape SEO, GEO, and AI-driven acquisition experiences as digital discovery continues to evolve.
Working closely with Product, Editorial, Analytics, Revenue, Design, and Marketing, you will translate insights into measurable growth initiatives.
