This is a remote individual-contributor role supporting a global Technical Success organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
You will help leaders bring structure, discipline, and visibility to a fast-growing, customer-focused business.
The role combines business operations, resource planning, performance analytics, and strategic execution.
You will own key operating rhythms, including business reviews, annual planning, and performance reporting.
Your insights will help leadership understand trends, allocate resources effectively, and make informed decisions.
You will also identify practical opportunities to use AI and automation to improve workflows and operational scale.

- Partner with Technical Success leaders across global regions to manage business operations cadences, track priorities, and provide clear visibility into organizational performance.
- Support resource management and capacity planning, helping leaders align workforce coverage, workload, and investments with evolving business requirements.
- Lead the preparation and coordination of Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Annual Operating Planning activities.
- Develop, maintain, and improve KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that translate operational data into actionable leadership insights.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making across the Technical Success organization.
- Manage operational initiatives and projects from planning through execution, ensuring strong follow-through, clear communication, and timely delivery.
- Identify and implement practical AI and automation opportunities that improve reporting, workflows, productivity, and the scalability of business operations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders by providing responsive, consistent, and well-structured operational support.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, or a related operational discipline.
- Demonstrated experience with business planning, resource management, reporting, KPI management, business reviews, and operational analysis.
- Experience supporting operating cadences and business processes within cross-functional, customer-facing, or rapidly growing organizations.
- Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and business insights that support leadership decisions.
- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on exploration of AI tools, with experience applying new technologies to improve workflows, productivity, or problem-solving.
- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to take initiatives from planning through completion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating findings into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while bringing structure, organization, prioritization, and follow-through to evolving needs.
- Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS or technology, particularly within Customer Success, Technical Success, Customer Support, Professional Services, or another post-sales function.
- Preferred: experience supporting leadership teams through business reviews, workforce planning, or operational programs in a high-growth environment.
- Base salary range of $108,500–$155,000 USD, depending on role-related skills, experience, education, training, and location.
