This is a senior, high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the go-to-market strategy and product narrative across a sophisticated, multi-product portfolio.
You will define differentiated positioning, lead major launches, and translate complex technical capabilities into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
As a player-coach, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on product marketing execution.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to influence product strategy and drive commercial outcomes.

You will bring customer, competitive, and market insights into strategic decisions while operating in a rapidly evolving technology environment.

- Define and own the overarching product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and market narrative across a multi-product portfolio spanning analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Establish differentiated points of view that clearly communicate product value to technical, product, business, and executive audiences.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for major products, capabilities, and launches, covering positioning, messaging, launch planning, enablement, customer proof points, adoption, and market activation.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and capabilities to market while influencing product direction through market and customer insights.
- Build and lead an AI-native product marketing operating model, setting priorities, quality standards, processes, and team rhythms.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop product marketers into stronger strategists, storytellers, and cross-functional leaders.
- Stay deeply informed about customers, competitors, technology trends, and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable product and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to create alignment around positioning, launches, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Remain hands-on in critical product marketing activities, including writing positioning, developing narratives, engaging with customers, shaping demos, and testing messaging.
- Champion experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous improvement by encouraging teams to create initial solutions, validate them with customers, and refine them based on evidence.
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, including significant leadership experience supporting technical, enterprise, SaaS, developer, data, AI/ML, or similarly complex products.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a product marketing team while maintaining a strong hands-on individual contributor presence.
- Proven success defining product positioning, messaging, GTM strategies, and major launches across a multi-product portfolio in complex or rapidly evolving markets.
- Strong technical product marketing expertise, with the ability to understand complex systems involving data, analytics, AI/ML, or developer technologies and translate them into clear, differentiated customer narratives.
- Experience partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and measurable business outcomes.
- An AI-native mindset and a clear perspective on how AI is transforming software, product development, customer experiences, and the future of product marketing.
- Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor complex messages for engineers, product leaders, executives, customers, and other audiences.
- A player-coach leadership style, combining strategic thinking and team leadership with a willingness to remain close to execution.
- High agency, strong ownership, and the ability to operate effectively without fully defined processes or playbooks.
- Strong judgment, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Competitive compensation with a total target cash range of $285,000–$476,000, depending on work location, with applicable ranges varying by geography.
