Job Description
Pine Park Health is a value-based primary care practice revolutionizing healthcare for senior living community residents. We empower seniors to get healthy, stay healthy, and lead lives they love through a care model designed with everyone in mind — patients, families, community staff, providers, and payers.
Our approach brings healthcare directly to seniors' homes, offering prevention, screening, chronic condition management, lab work, and diagnostic testing in the comfort of their apartments. With weekly community visits, our teams provide consistent care while collaborating closely with facility staff to address comprehensive health needs. We've eliminated unnecessary barriers to urgent care through same/next-day appointments, helping seniors avoid emergency rooms and hospitalizations where they risk exposure to additional health concerns. Today, over 185+ communities across Arizona, California, and Nevada trust Pine Park Health, and we're rapidly expanding our reach and impact.
If you're mission-driven and passionate about transforming senior healthcare, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference!
Are you an experienced Nurse Practitioner who loves patient care but is ready to have a broader impact through leadership?
Pine Park Health is looking for a Clinical Director / Lead Nurse Practitioner to lead and develop our Bay Area clinical team while remaining connected to clinical practice.
You'll lead and develop a small team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with responsibility for coaching and development, provider performance, clinical quality, hiring, and team growth — while continuing to care for older adults in senior living communities.
This is an opportunity to step into meaningful clinical leadership without having to leave patient care behind.
You don't need to currently hold a Clinical Director title. We're interested in experienced Nurse Practitioners who have genuinely led or managed clinicians — including Lead NPs, APP Leads, NP/APP Managers, Clinical Managers, Clinical Supervisors, and similar clinical leaders — and are ready for broader leadership responsibility.
Compensation & FlexibilityTotal target cash compensation for this role is $192,00 - $225,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based bonus.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus a 10–15% performance-based bonus, paid quarterly, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
The role also includes 265 hours of paid time off annually across vacation, sick time, and paid holidays, Friday work-from-home learning days, professional development funding, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k).
Final compensation will reflect the candidate's relevant clinical experience and depth of people-leadership experience.
