- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, partner summits, and other strategic market events.
- Partner with Product Management to communicate customer needs, competitive insights, and market opportunities that can influence product strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns, demand-generation initiatives, and channel programs supporting direct and indirect sales motions.
- Work with Customer Success to strengthen adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account value.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy, deal processes, and commercial efficiency.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting discipline using CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, KPIs, and partner scorecards.
- Continuously improve sales processes, territory models, operating frameworks, and channel management practices to support scalable growth.

- Proven experience managing $30M–$50M+ revenue portfolios across large geographic territories.
- Deep experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AECO) market, with a strong understanding of customer workflows, buying processes, and industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated success leading hands-on sales organizations, including direct field sales teams and distributor, reseller, or partner networks.
- Strong financial acumen, strategic planning skills, commercial judgment, and operational discipline.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and strategic customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
