Job Description

Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own an affiliate marketing program from strategy through execution in a fully remote, global environment. You’ll be responsible for growing affiliate-driven revenue while building a strong pipeline of high-performing creators. The position combines relationship management, performance analysis, platform administration, and experimentation. You’ll optimize commission structures, tracking, incentives, and the affiliate funnel to maximize results. Working closely with influencer marketing, finance, and operations teams, you’ll help turn creator relationships into measurable business growth. This is a highly performance-oriented role suited to someone who thrives on data, ownership, and continuous optimization.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the affiliate program end to end, including affiliate onboarding, platform administration, relationship management, and ongoing program optimization.
  • Set and manage commission structures, promotional codes, tracking links, incentives, and affiliate payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as clicks, conversions, affiliate-driven revenue, and creator contribution, and use insights to guide optimization decisions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-performing affiliates by sourcing new creators, evaluating performance, and identifying creators who could advance into paid partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliates through regular communication, program updates, incentives, and performance feedback to keep top creators engaged.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing across different stages of the affiliate funnel to improve conversion and revenue performance.
  • Ensure affiliate content and disclosures comply with applicable FTC requirements and brand standards.
  • Monitor affiliate activity for fraud, coupon abuse, tracking issues, and other policy violations, resolving escalations when needed.
  • Partner with finance and operations teams on payout reconciliation, reporting, and program administration.
  • Use program data to identify growth opportunities, improve creator performance, and determine where resources and investment should be prioritized.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a closely related performance-marketing discipline.
  • Experience managing an affiliate program through platforms such as AspireIQ or comparable affiliate-management technology.
  • Strong understanding of commission structures, affiliate payouts, tracking, conversion metrics, and performance optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to identify opportunities, evaluate creator performance, and determine actionable next steps.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills, including proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing a high volume of affiliate relationships and financial transactions.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills with the ability to engage creators and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong performance mindset, ownership mentality, and bias toward action, with the ability to prioritize opportunities that have the greatest business impact.
  • Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate and influencer content is preferred.
  • Experience with AspireIQ specifically is a plus.
  • Experience in food, beverage, wellness, or consumer products is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting gifting programs or paid creator partnerships is a plus.
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Google Groups, Discord, or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for content shoots, creator events, and experiential activations.
Benefits
  • Work arrangement: Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Work environment: Opportunity to collaborate within a global, remote-first team.
  • Travel: Occasional travel for content production, creator events, and experiential activations.
  • Career impact: High-ownership role with direct responsibility for affiliate program growth, creator performance, and revenue generation.
  • Professional development: Exposure to affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, performance analytics, creator communities, and growth experimentation.
  • Mission-driven environment: Opportunity to contribute to a consumer-focused brand centered on wellness and better-for-you daily products.
