The Revenue Strategy & Insights Lead will own critical initiatives that improve revenue operations, strengthen commercial execution, and create clarity across complex business processes. This role requires someone who can investigate challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency and growth.
- Analyze the full go-to-market funnel across multiple business lines to understand conversion trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact operational improvements using data, insights, and structured problem-solving.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes, systems, and tooling that improve business outcomes.
- Diagnose challenges at key handoff points where opportunities slow down or fail, and develop strategies to improve execution.
- Provide an external perspective on commercial strategy, benchmarking best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Partner directly with commercial teams to understand customer and deal dynamics beyond dashboards and reporting.
- Translate complex financial, technical, and operational information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support the evolution of revenue operations by improving pipeline management, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build trusted relationships across finance, sales, product, and engineering teams while driving adoption of new processes.
The ideal candidate has experience operating in analytical, high-growth environments and can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They should be comfortable navigating complex business problems and influencing stakeholders across different functions.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, investing, management consulting, business operations, or another analytically rigorous field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, or operational improvements.
- Strong ability to analyze complex information, identify root causes, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing operational processes, systems, or business tooling.
- Ability to work effectively with finance, commercial, product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating within complex financial products, enterprise software, or technical business environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders with different priorities.
- Ability to balance operational efficiency with stakeholder alignment, adoption, and change management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with pipeline management, revenue operations, fintech, or technology companies is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 USD depending on experience and level.
