Maintenance Assistant (Assisted Living) Part-Time in Gladstone, Missouri at Care Network of Gladstone

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at a senior living facility. In this role, you will support the maintenance team to ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are kept in excellent condition, creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor repairs and cleaning.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas, such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Collaborate with other team members to address resident requests promptly.
• Monitor supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Assistant or similar role.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
