We are looking for a Senior Relationship Analyst to support customer experience and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will act as a scientific field advisor, helping clients improve laboratory processes and ensure quality throughout the pre-analytical phase. You will provide training, monitor performance indicators, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The position requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare partners. • Act as a scientific field advisor, supporting clients throughout the pre-analytical phase of laboratory processes.
• Provide online and in-person training sessions to customers, ensuring best practices and process improvements.
• Monitor customer performance indicators, especially sample recollection rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement improvements in routine processes to reduce errors and optimize operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare partners through technical support, communication, and continuous engagement.
• Conduct customer visits across Bahia and Sergipe, providing specialized guidance and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote quality, efficiency, and excellence in healthcare services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or Biochemical Pharmacy.
• Availability to travel and provide customer support across the assigned region.
• Previous experience in technical laboratory areas, pre-analytical processes, or scientific consulting is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
