Were looking for dependable, hands-on team members to join a leading U.S. kayak manufacturer. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable using power tools, enjoys physical work, and wants a consistent 4-day workweek.

• Position: Kayak Pre-Rigger

• Location: Fletcher, NC 28732

• Pay: $18.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM

• Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

• Use power tools to prepare kayaks for the production process

• Follow work instructions and production standards

• Assist with moving and positioning materials

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

• Experience using power tools

• Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred

• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work

• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds

• Basic computer skills

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team

• High school diploma or GED preferred
