  • Establish and maintain transparent sales operations standards, processes, documentation, and quality controls.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Relationship Management, and other internal teams on cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Lead projects independently from initial concept and requirements gathering through implementation, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Provide leadership with accurate reporting, analysis, and business insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Help improve the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of go-to-market processes as the organization grows.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential commercial information with appropriate discretion and attention to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, finance, or another highly analytical business function.

  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in an enterprise Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and related CRM integrations or adjacent sales technology platforms is strongly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy, quality, and operational integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines within a matrixed and cross-functional environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect sales, marketing, financial, and operational data to broader business objectives and revenue outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of challenges through resolution.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while building strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Relationship Management, and other functions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to colleagues, leadership, clients, and prospects.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and prospects to understand their needs, explain processes or system capabilities, and provide appropriate operational or technical guidance.

  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information is important, particularly within regulated environments involving requirements such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
  • Experience in an enterprise B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated industries is an additional advantage.
