Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Marketing Specialist. You’ll plan, produce, and publish content that highlights AG Security Group’s culture, services, and success stories—ultimately driving brand awareness, client inquiries, and talent recruitment. The ideal candidate is equal parts content creator and data watcher: someone who can shoot a quick Reel in the field, write a punchy caption, and translate engagement numbers into next steps.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a rolling 30-day social content calendar aligned with company goals.
Create short-form videos, photos, and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Write clear, platform-specific captions and schedule daily post/stories.
Engage with comments and direct messages, escalating client or candidate leads to the right team.
Track reach, click, and follower growth; present concise weekly performance reports.
Monitor social trends and propose new ideas to keep the brand voice fresh.
Travel occasionally (mainly within NYC, with some out-of-state events) to capture live content. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to feature new hires; success stories, safety tips, and event highlights.
Assist in on-site shoots (some nights or weekends required).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency.
Proficiency with Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and editing tools (e.g. Cap-Cut, Canva, Adobe Express).
Strong copywriting skills--short, punchy, and typo-free.
Ability to interpret engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Preferred but not required: experience in nightlife, hospitality, or events services.
