ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in regular cycle counts to validate physical inventory against system records.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and well stocked inventory storage area.
• Make parts runs and drop offs as needed.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests for critical parts or supplies.
• Unload delivery truck via forklift.
• Collaborate with purchasing, maintenance and production to understand immediate needs.
• Prioritize and expediate deliveries based on urgency of request.
• Ensure company vehicle used for parts running is well maintained.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling and transporting parts and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent education; trade school or college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 pounds required.
