JOB SUMMARYHealth Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to provide comprehensive, high-quality medical services to our patients across both on-site and off-site healthcare initiatives. In this role, you will ensure seamless continuity of care by establishing professional linkages with specialized and advanced healthcare resources, while overseeing the successful implementation of applicable Public Health Service initiatives within the practice.

Financial Incentives: * Production Incentive: Earn up to $4,100 per quarter based on performance indicators.
Sign-On Bonus: Available/negotiable (if applicable).
Retention Bonus: Earn up to a 3% annual increase after your first year until reaching the maximum salary scale, followed by annual lump-sum bonuses.
Relocation Assistance: Negotiable.
Time Off:
Vacation: 10 days (1st year for full-time).

Clinical Practice: Deliver exceptional professional medical services as a Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Adult Physician.
Quality Standards: Collaborate directly with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to establish, maintain, and elevate clinical standards for high-quality care.
Ambulatory Care: Provide a full range of ambulatory services, including diagnosis, treatment, patient counseling, and referrals. Appropriately delegate specific tasks to clinical staff in alignment with legal regulations and quality standards.
Continuity of Care: Ensure seamless follow-on inpatient care, when appropriate, by developing and maintaining professional relationships with advanced healthcare resources (e.g., hospitals, specialized clinics).
Policy & Program Development: Partner with the CMO to develop, review, and refine policies, protocols, and programs for ambulatory and inpatient care delivery.
Other Duties: Perform or coordinate additional professional duties as assigned to support organizational and community needs.
Education: Graduation from an accredited medical school with an M.D. or D.O. degree.
Training: Completion of at least one year of a medical internship.
Residency: Completion of a residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics is highly preferred.
Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Alabama (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
Active DEA and Controlled Substance licensures.
Active CPR Certification.
Ability to be successfully enrolled/credentialed with major insurance payors.
