About the Role 

We’re growing our Skin team and are excited to recruit an Cosmetic Nurse Injector to be part of the launch of our new Toronto Metro Centre clinic, opening in early November. As a Cosmetic Nurse Injector at HealthOne, you will have the opportunity to deliver personalized aesthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty and boost patient confidence. Drawing on your clinical expertise and attention to detail, you’ll provide safe, effective, and tailored procedures that achieve outstanding results.

You’ll engage in meaningful patient consultations with professionalism and empathy, building trust and fostering lasting relationships that encourage long-term patient satisfaction. With a strong focus on safety and compliance, you’ll contribute to creating a secure and welcoming environment for all.

Responsibilities: 

• Bring your determination and passion to every patient consultation, creating engaging and memorable experiences that inspire confidence and excitement.
• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and skill, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, fat dissolving, microneedling, and other procedures, delivering impressive and natural-looking transformations.
• Cultivate and nurture a loyal patient base by building strong relationships and actively promoting treatments and products, balancing exceptional patient care with sales to support long-term retention and clinic growth.
• Demonstrate genuine care and attentiveness throughout each patient’s journey, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Prioritize safety and compliance, maintaining the highest standards to provide a secure and trustworthy environment for all patients. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Current registration and licensure with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse.
• Active membership with the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO), or the Registered Practical Nurses' Association of Ontario (RPNAO or WeRPN) .
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
• Genuine passion for supporting patients’ health, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
• Enthusiasm for skincare education, with a focus on building patient confidence and creating memorable, positive experiences.

Schedule:

• Part-time hours
• Availability to work within the operating hours of the clinic, Saturdays are required

Compensation:

• Starting at 25% commission
• Team member discount program on all services & products offered at HealthOne (Dental, Optometry, Skin Care, Massage, Psychotherapy, etc.)
