We're searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who brings a strong foundation in all areas of Human Resources, with expertise in Benefits Administration and HRIS Management. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, partner with leaders across the firm, and help shape the employee experience from hire to retire.

What You'll Love About This Role

You'll be trusted to:

  • Be the subject matter expert for our employee benefits programs and HRIS

Build strong relationships with employees and leaders by providing exceptional HR support

  • Find ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and make HR even better
  • Partner on meaningful HR initiatives that support our people and our firm
  • Help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and engaged

What You'll Be Doing

Benefits Administration

  • Own the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programs
  • Lead Open Enrollment and educate employees on available benefits
  • Partner with our brokers and vendors to ensure an outstanding employee experience
  • Resolve benefit questions with professionalism and care
  • Manage benefit enrollments, life events, COBRA, and reconciliations

HRIS Administration

  • Serve as the HRIS expert and champion data accuracy
  • Generate meaningful HR reports and workforce metrics
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency
  • Support system enhancements and collaborate with Payroll and IT

Human Resources Partnership

  • Support leaders and employees with employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, onboarding, and performance management
  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
  • Participate in HR projects that make a real difference across the organization
  • Be a trusted resource employees know they can count on

  • $85-120k annually

Requirements:

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong expertise in employee benefits administration
  • Experience managing and maintaining an HRIS
  • Broad HR Generalist knowledge across multiple HR disciplines
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and trust
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Paylocity experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce
  • A passion for continuous improvement and making HR processes better
