We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that all ingredients are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring as per recipe specifications

- Assist in setting up workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

- Join the cooking team on the line as needed during peak times

- Maintain organization of storage areas and stock levels of ingredients

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Adhere to portion control and presentation standards

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a prep cook or similar kitchen role preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

We are looking for a morning prep cook to join our team. Primary shift will be 9a-2p 3-5 days a week.
