As a Senior Field Enablement Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business teams by developing and delivering enablement programs that improve productivity, performance, and revenue impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, create effective learning solutions, and continuously optimize enablement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership teams to analyze performance data, identify capability gaps, and define targeted enablement strategies.
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences through virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to specific audiences.
- Develop and execute enablement roadmaps that support business priorities, adoption goals, and measurable performance improvements.
- Collaborate with learning design teams to create outcome-focused curriculum based on adult learning principles.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and business results, continuously improving content and delivery approaches.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge resources, enablement materials, and communication channels to support field teams.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscapes to ensure teams remain equipped with relevant insights.
- Build strong relationships across global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders through expertise and consultative partnership.
The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement professional with a strong background in business partnership, learning strategy, and performance improvement within technology or SaaS environments.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, services enablement, sales operations, or professional services, including 3+ years in a strategic enablement or business partner role.
- Proven experience creating enablement programs that deliver measurable improvements in performance, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and services processes, particularly within SaaS or complex enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, learning management systems (LMS), and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and outcome-based learning frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Competitive compensation with an estimated salary range of CAD $120,640–CAD $150,800.
- Target bonus opportunity of 15%.
