This is a fully remote, entry-level opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys helping people and building meaningful client relationships. You will provide virtual support to clients with policy service requests, benefits information, and general account needs. The role combines customer service, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management in a flexible work-from-home environment. - Meet with clients through Zoom and other virtual communication platforms to provide timely and professional support.
- Assist clients with policy service requests, benefits information, and general questions.
- Explain relevant information clearly and help clients navigate their available policy and benefit services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professionalism, trust, responsiveness, and consistent follow-up.
- Provide a high standard of customer service across every client interaction.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and relevant service information.
- Respond to client needs with strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
- Apply newly developed product, service, communication, and problem-solving skills to improve the client experience.
