Tradies is seeking flexible and customer-focused permanent part-time Frontline Gaming Service Attendants to join our award-winning team across our three community clubs.

About the Role
You will work primarily across our gaming service areas, with responsibilities including:
Providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests
Gaming floor service and member assistance
Monitoring and maintaining a compliant and welcoming gaming environment
Supporting responsible gambling practices and RGO requirements
Identifying and responding appropriately to signs of gambling-related harm
Completing gaming-related transactions and cashier duties
Supporting promotions and member activities
Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented gaming areas
Completing required checks, records and compliance activities
Working closely with Team Leaders, Duty Managers and other venue teams
Supporting venue safety, security and responsible service requirements
Be willing an able to work shifts ranging from 10am until 4am
About You
You will be someone who is:
Friendly, welcoming and genuinely customer focused
Experienced working in a gaming environment, including overnight shifts
Confident fulfilling RGO responsibilities and supporting responsible gambling practices
Proactive, reliable and able to use good judgement
Calm and professional when responding to challenging or sensitive situations
Comfortable working in a late-night and overnight hospitality environment
Confident communicating with members, guests and colleagues
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to high standards of service, safety, compliance and integrity
Experience in gaming service, RGO responsibilities and willingness to work overnight shifts will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling competency
Current NSW Advanced Conduct of Gambling competency (desirable)
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency
Demonstrated experience working in a gaming environment, including overnight shifts
Availability to work a flexible hospitality roster, including evenings, late nights, overnight shifts and weekends
Ability to work across our Gymea, Caringbah and Helensburgh venues when required
