This role is focused on the development, administration, and continuous evolution of the ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in designing and optimizing ITSM processes, automation workflows, and integrations that improve operational efficiency and service governance. The position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with ITIL best practices. You will be responsible for enhancing platform capabilities through scripting, configuration, and API-based integrations across corporate systems. It is a highly technical and impactful role, ideal for a professional who enjoys solving problems, automating processes, and working in large-scale environments. - Administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain workflows, service catalogs, and ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Manage CMDB, SLAs, access controls (ACLs), and service queues to ensure governance and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement automation solutions using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including tools such as Azure AD, LDAP/AD, SAP, and Jira.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and business teams to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure best practices in ITIL-based processes and contribute to platform optimization and automation initiatives.
- Higher education degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration in enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
- Solid experience with ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
- Experience managing incidents, problems, changes, requests, and asset workflows.
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise systems (Azure AD, SAP, Jira, LDAP/AD).
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on automation, process improvement, and scalability.
- Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary corporate environments.
