This role is designed for a highly driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and excels at managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes. You will operate as a 360-degree consultant, handling both client acquisition and candidate placement across diverse industries and seniority levels, including executive and C-suite roles. The position combines consultative recruitment, business development, and strategic talent advisory, supported by modern recruitment technologies and AI-driven sourcing tools. You will work closely with international clients, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact hiring solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving business growth and delivering high-quality placements across multiple sectors.
- Manage end-to-end 360-degree recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across permanent, contract, and freelance roles
- Identify, engage, and place senior-level and C-suite talent using advanced sourcing strategies and AI-enabled recruitment tools
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior leaders, founders, and international organisations to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive business development activities by identifying new client opportunities locally and globally to expand desk performance and revenue
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and generative AI tools to optimise sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching, and reduce time-to-hire
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality recruitment delivery process
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on talent strategy, market trends, and hiring best practices
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in agency environments.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency setting
- Proven success managing a high-performing desk with consistent achievement of targets and commission earnings
- Experience placing senior, executive, or C-suite level candidates across multiple industries
- Strong ability to manage client relationships, including SMEs, founders, and international stakeholders
- High level of comfort using ATS and CRM systems such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or equivalent platforms
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools and modern sourcing techniques into recruitment workflows
- Strong business development, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset
