This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de QA – Sênior based in Brazil.

This role is focused on ensuring software quality across complex systems within agile development environments, playing a critical part in delivering reliable, scalable, and high-performance digital products.
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and evolving test strategies that validate both functional and non-functional aspects of applications.
The position requires a strong analytical mindset to understand system behavior, identify edge cases, and anticipate potential failures before they reach production.
You will also contribute to test automation efforts, strengthening quality pipelines and improving delivery speed across squads.
Working in an agile setup, you will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA professionals to ensure continuous improvement.
This is a highly technical and detail-oriented role for someone passionate about software quality, automation, and modern engineering practices.

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to ensure software quality across multiple systems and features.
• Build and evolve automated testing frameworks, with emphasis on tools such as Cypress and other modern QA technologies.
• Analyze application behavior to identify edge cases, potential failures, and system vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with agile squads following Scrum methodologies, participating in all development ceremonies.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests.
• Support the definition and improvement of QA processes, ensuring best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Work closely with development teams to understand architecture and ensure test coverage aligns with system behavior.
• Ensure high-quality delivery standards through functional, regression, and exploratory testing activities.

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields (completed graduation and/or postgraduate studies).
• Proven experience as a Senior QA Analyst or Software Test Engineer in agile environments.
• Strong experience with test automation tools, especially Cypress.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience working in cross-functional squads and agile ceremonies.
• Knowledge of software testing certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent certifications (ALATS, IBQTS, QAI, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to model system behavior and identify failure scenarios.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments with strong ownership and accountability.
