This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cosourcing | Pessoa Analista de Qualidade Pleno based in Brazil.
In this role, you will act as a key quality assurance specialist, ensuring the delivery of robust, reliable, and well-tested digital solutions across complex and dynamic environments. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, designing detailed test cases, and validating functional behavior across web and mobile applications. The position plays a critical role in preventing defects early, improving product quality, and supporting continuous delivery in agile teams. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end quality across the software lifecycle. The environment is fully remote, collaborative, and innovation-driven, with strong emphasis on autonomy and continuous improvement. You will also contribute to process evolution, improving testing practices and ensuring higher efficiency and coverage. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on product stability and user experience.
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and user stories to define effective test strategies and ensure full test coverage.
- Design, document, and execute detailed functional and manual test cases and test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Log, track, and validate defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
- Collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners to ensure end-to-end quality delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and best practices.
- Support validation of system behavior across different scenarios and architectures.
- Solid experience in manual and functional test case design and execution for Web and Mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, strategies, and quality assurance principles.
- Experience writing test scenarios using BDD methodology and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience with test and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestLink.
- Basic knowledge of test automation concepts and tools such as Robot Framework or scripting languages like Python.
- Understanding of system architecture and how to design tests based on architectural components.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments.
