CNC Milling Machinist ALL SHIFTS– Aerospace | Unlimited OT in Winsted, Connecticut at DRT Holdings, LLC

Location: Winsted, CT

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Overtime is available on all shifts.

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

• Machine tight‑tolerance aerospace and precision components

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T

• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and setup optimization

• Conduct in‑process and final inspections

• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, height stands, and other precision tools

• Troubleshoot machining and setup issues to maintain efficiency

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams

• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience

• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes

• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings

• Knowledge of GD&T and tight‑tolerance machining

• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience with 3‑axis, 4‑axis, or 5‑axis CNC machines

• Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Mitsubishi, or similar controls

• Aerospace, turbine, defense, or precision manufacturing experience

• CNC setup and troubleshooting experience
