3D Interior Rendering Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a 3D Interior Rendering Specialist based in Brazil.

This is a part-time remote role focused on creating highly realistic 3D visualizations of premium interior spaces before construction begins.
You will transform architectural drawings, references, and design directions into photorealistic renders that support confident design decision-making.
The role involves working on high-end residential and hospitality interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, stairs, and living spaces.
You will be responsible for ensuring visual accuracy, material realism, and lighting consistency aligned with client expectations.
A strong focus is placed on design iteration, allowing stakeholders to compare multiple finishes, layouts, and aesthetic directions.
You will collaborate remotely with international teams, maintaining clear communication and organized file workflows.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented 3D artist who excels in precision, realism, and design storytelling.

Accountabilities:
  • Create and refine 3D models from architectural plans, elevations, and visual references for interior spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, and feature areas.
  • Set up realistic scenes, cameras, and compositions, ensuring accurate viewpoints and proposing additional perspectives when valuable.
  • Apply client-provided materials, textures, and finishes, and efficiently produce design variations for comparison.
  • Produce high-quality photorealistic still renders, with optional 360° panoramas or short walkthrough animations when required.
  • Ensure strict accuracy in scale, geometry, lighting, and material application aligned with architectural drawings.
  • Perform post-production adjustments in Photoshop, including color correction, lighting refinement, and compositing.
  • Maintain well-organized project files, naming conventions, and asset libraries in shared cloud environments.
  • Provide clear progress updates and collaborate effectively through structured feedback loops.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in 3D modeling using tools such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Blender.
  • Strong proficiency with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, Cycles, or Octane.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent) for post-production and visual refinement.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Strong understanding of materials and PBR workflows (albedo, roughness, metallic, normal maps).
  • Experience with realistic lighting setups, including daylight systems and HDRI environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including clear written English and structured file management.
  • Reliable workstation capable of handling high-resolution rendering workflows and large file transfers.
  • Nice to have: experience with high-end interiors in GCC markets (UAE/Saudi Arabia), AutoCAD, Revit, Unreal Engine, or animation workflows.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, part-time position with flexible working structure.
  • Opportunity to work on high-end residential and hospitality interior visualization projects.
  • Exposure to international clients and premium design standards.
  • Collaborative remote workflow with structured feedback and creative autonomy.
  • Opportunity to build a portfolio in luxury interiors and architectural visualization.
  • Consistent project-based work over a 4–6 month engagement period.
  • Experience working on design styles and standards used in global luxury markets.
