We have locations in Marlton, Haddonfield, and Swedesboro and we are looking for a part time PSR in our Swedesboro location.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing procedures
• Answering/managing phone calls and messages, excellent phone etiquette
• Writing/responding to emails, attention to detail
• Scheduling new and current patients, with the ability to foresee/resolve scheduling conflicts with clear communication to patients and staff
• Registering new patients, preparing their documents
• Checking-in patients, and accepting payments (cash/check/credit card)
• Insurance verification (understanding benefits and coverage)
• Detailed data entry into our electronic medical records system
• Acquiring authorizations/approvals on behalf of patients
• Communicating with therapist regarding patient plan of care

Position Details

• Part time: Roughly 25 hours
• Full time: 40 hours
• Background check required for all incoming new hires

Must Haves:
