Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Resources Division, including coordinating schedules, meetings, onboarding activities, separations, and office logistics.
- Manage the ERD shared mailbox and assist with routing, tracking, and responding to executive staffing, performance management, and workforce planning actions and inquiries.
- Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining executive personnel documentation, reports, correspondence, briefing materials, and records.
- Support ERD workflow tracking, reporting activities, and internal administrative processes to help ensure timely completion of assignments and deliverables.
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for coordinating communications, meetings, and requests with NOAA Line and Staff Offices, OHCS, and DOC stakeholders.
Job Requirements: (BULLETED LIST)
- 1-2 years of experience providing administrative support.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Experience supporting the National Weather Service (NWS) or other Federal agencies strongly preferred.
