About Us
At Graphicsland, we operate MakeStickers.com, PosterNerd.com, & InkWave.com. We’re a high-volume, digital print production company specializing in stickers, labels, pouches and posters. Every week we process thousands of customer files, making speed, accuracy, and clear communication vital.
The Role
You’ll join our Customer Service team to help process orders, chat with our awesome customers, and find the best solutions when things don’t go quite as planned. To thrive here, you’ll need to be confident with computers and able to keep a friendly, helpful tone no matter what’s thrown your way.
Our customers reach out through phone, chat, and email, so being able to quickly switch gears is a must. You’ll also communicate with other departments via Slack to help make sure every order ships on time and looks amazing.
This role is fully remote (US only) Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm CT
Starting Salary $47,750
Key Responsibilities
- Talking with customers over the phone (because sometimes, talking to a real person just feels better)
- Helping customers out in real time through our website’s live chat
- Responding to emails about current orders, future orders, and everything in between
- Reaching out to customers when we need a little extra info about their order or design
- Collaborating with our Prepress team to make sure customer requests are clearly communicated and designs are good to go
- Working with our Production team when an order needs a tweak or two
- Reviewing and processing special orders that need extra attention to keep things on track
- Touching base with our Marketing team to stay up to date on current promos and deals
- Sharing helpful feedback with our IT team to improve our website and internal tools
Qualifications
- Have 2+ years of customer service
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Type at least 45 wpm
- Be computer-savvy
- Have a growth mindset
- Possess a “do it before it needs to be done” attitude
- Emphasize teamwork
- Show empathy for customers and coworkers
- Zendesk experience is a plus
