This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business intelligence, market access, and strategic procurement, where you will help shape enterprise-wide commercialization strategies that directly support patient access to innovative therapies. You will act as a senior business partner to Global Commercial Operations, driving alignment between data, analytics, market research, and category strategies. In this role, you will lead cross-functional and global teams while influencing key decisions across sourcing, supplier partnerships, and value creation. The position combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on leadership, requiring strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments. You will play a central role in transforming procurement into a strategic value driver and enabling innovation across the commercial ecosystem. - Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Global Commercial Operations, providing insights on market trends, supplier capabilities, and commercialization strategies.
- Lead global category and sourcing teams across Business Intelligence, Market Access, analytics, market research, and related functions.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align procurement initiatives with business priorities and enterprise objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance and business leaders to identify, capture, and realize value across pipelines and operations.
- Translate market intelligence and business priorities into actionable category and sourcing strategies that enable innovation and performance improvement.
- Foster supplier-enabled innovation by building and managing strategic external partnerships.
- Guide governance, business planning, and performance management frameworks to ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
- Influence executive-level decisions, including budget allocation, investment priorities, and P&L impact.
- Champion procurement-led transformation initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and enterprise value creation.
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in business partnering, commercialization, marketing, procurement, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in business intelligence, market access, analytics, category management, or procurement within a global environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted executive-level advisor.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business and financial impact.
- Deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, value creation, and performance measurement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills with executive presence.
- Experience in supplier strategy, commercialization, or innovation-driven ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead change in fast-paced environments.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma or Agile are a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $189,000 to $256,000, based on experience and qualifications.
