This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Systems Development Analyst (Mid-Level) in Brazil.
This role sits within a strategic technology and innovation environment, focused on the development and evolution of critical systems supporting large-scale business operations. You will participate in end-to-end software delivery, from technical analysis and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support, with a strong focus on quality and performance. The position is centered on the credit domain, working on solutions that require robustness, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing to system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly technical and collaborative role where you will also engage in troubleshooting and optimization of production systems. - Develop, maintain, and evolve software systems aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Analyze software requirements and contribute to technical design and solution definition.
- Build and support system integrations across different platforms and services.
- Ensure quality of code, processes, and system routines through testing and validation practices.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents in production environments.
- Review and optimize existing routines, workflows, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to performance improvements and suggest technological enhancements.
- Support deployment, testing, and post-production monitoring activities.
- Work collaboratively in agile teams, ensuring continuous delivery and improvement.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborative development teams.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
- Solid experience with Java (preferably Java 21) and modern language features (Streams, Records, Optional, APIs).
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of REST API design, including versioning, contracts, error handling, and best practices.
- Understanding of observability concepts (logging, metrics, tracing, resilience patterns).
- Experience with PostgreSQL (modeling, normalization, indexing, constraints) and Redis.
- Familiarity with React for frontend development (state management, loading, caching, error handling).
- Experience with Kubernetes environments, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Knowledge of core Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, ingress, configmaps, secrets).
- Experience with Camunda BPMN for workflow modeling and process automation.
- Strong analytical mindset, teamwork skills, and ability to work in complex technical environments.
