This role sits at the center of a global events operation, ensuring seamless execution of large-scale regional and international meetings. You will manage end-to-end event registration processes, supporting members, speakers, and sponsors while maintaining high service standards. The position blends coordination, administration, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate data management, smooth communication flows, and flawless onsite and virtual event experiences. Working closely with event leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help bring complex global events to life. This is a highly collaborative role where precision, organization, and service excellence directly shape participant experience.
- Lead and manage end-to-end registration processes for global and regional events, ensuring accuracy of attendee data, fees, confirmations, cancellations, and waivers.
- Maintain CRM systems and event databases, generate reports, manage waitlists, process payments, and support reconciliation activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for member and participant inquiries, delivering timely, high-quality customer support via email and phone.
- Coordinate event logistics including badge creation, hotel rooming lists, shipping materials, vendor coordination, and onsite registration support.
- Support event communications such as registration launches, email updates, website content, and onsite program materials.
- Assist event leadership teams with documentation, process updates, reporting, and continuous improvement of event operations.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in administration, events coordination, association management, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools, with experience handling data, reporting, and event documentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across global stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
- Experience with event tools, CRM systems, or platforms such as Monday.com or Canva is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% and work across multiple time zones when required.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from 13,875–18,100 CNY (gross).
