You will play a key role in evaluating existing frameworks, introducing innovative testing technologies, and strengthening CI/CD-driven quality practices. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to both strategic quality initiatives and hands-on testing activities. Accountabilities:
  • Review existing test automation frameworks and QA practices, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement modern testing methodologies, tools, and automation strategies, including AI-assisted testing approaches.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, integrations, and third-party platforms.
  • Expand automated test coverage by leveraging manual test cases, regression scenarios, and performance testing requirements.
  • Contribute to manual testing, integration testing, system validation, and performance testing activities as required.
  • Analyze test results, investigate automation failures, and implement solutions to improve test stability and execution reliability.
  • Strengthen operational quality by ensuring test data readiness and integrating automated testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to promote best practices in quality engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional testing-related activities and deliverables in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of recent experience testing web applications, third-party solutions, and system integrations.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, deploying, and executing automated test scripts.
  • Strong expertise with test automation frameworks, particularly Cypress.
  • Proven experience analyzing test execution results, troubleshooting automation issues, and improving framework stability.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and source code management processes.
  • Experience with test management and reporting platforms such as Allure TestOps is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with integration and API testing tools, including Postman.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled development or testing tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar technologies is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in financial services, regulated industries, or mission-critical environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams.
Benefits
  • Long-term contract opportunity with an initial duration of 18 months.
  • Opportunity to influence and modernize QA automation strategies and testing practices.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge automation technologies and AI-assisted testing approaches.
  • Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams and complex enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on involvement in high-impact, mission-critical projects.
  • Professional growth opportunities through exposure to modern DevOps and quality engineering methodologies.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace committed to equal opportunity and professional development.
  • Flexible environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
