The Job:
San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a sprawling 357-room resort, boasting multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a kids pool, astonishing Bay views, fire pits and so much more. We are excited to welcome a new Lead Housekeeping Supervisor to our Mission Bay Family.
As the Lead Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our housekeeping team while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the Housekeeping Management team, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout guest rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.
Key responsibilities include conducting room and public area inspections, training and developing team members, providing coaching and counseling, and assisting with administrative duties such as payroll, inventory, labor management, and departmental expense control. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Have experience in a similar size hotel: (357+ rooms). We look for candidates with full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership of your tasks and feedback from your manager so you can continue to grow.
- Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability
- Must be able to work weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
