Material Handler 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday) in Roselle, Illinois at ELECTRI FLEX COMPANY

1nd Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday)

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Drive a sit-down forklift truck, possibly with scale.
• Pick up and distribute material to specified machines.
• Weight of material being picked up by hand ranges from 5 – 50 lbs.
• Tugger driver duties to and from the Distribution Center
• Assist with label restock and receiving
• Keep all paperwork pertaining to the issue of material in an organized manner to be turned in.
• Fill out tags to indicate weight
• Stock cage
• Cardboard bailer
• Operate time and attendance system
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
• · Overtime will be required as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to communicate well and work as a team member

Operate Tugger

Must be able to lift at times (up to 50lbs.)

Operate computer

Must be able to use RF scanners

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

-1 to 3 years of operating a sit-down forklift.

-Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions

-Use simple math.

-Must have good attendance record
