Primary Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Clean and service approximately 12 guest rooms daily to hotel standards
Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service to guests and fellow team members
Perform deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Promptly report maintenance concerns and guest-related issues to a supervisor
Assist with cleaning and maintaining outdoor guest areas, balconies, and common spaces as needed
Restock guest room supplies and amenities
Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Assist fellow housekeeping staff when needed to ensure efficient operations
Return keys and communicate room status updates to supervisors at the end of each shift
Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or professional cleaning experience
Experience working in a customer service-focused environment

Ability to work effectively with coworkers, guests, and management
Ability to communicate clearly in English
