This role supports Creation Technologies' Continuous Improvement strategy by leading and sustaining improvement activities that enhance operational performance and engage employees at all levels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
• Develop and manage the site’s CI roadmap aligned with business objectives and regional/global CI strategy to ensure priorities drive meaningful operational improvement.
• Lead cross-functional CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other methodologies to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and safety performance.
• Coach and mentor site leaders, CI practitioners, and frontline employees to build CI capability and strengthen problem-solving culture.
• Analyze Lean Maturity Assessment (LMA) results, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvement actions to advance site maturity and standardization.
• Oversee CI project pipeline, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely execution and sustained outcomes.
• Partner with the Site GM and leadership team to integrate CI into annual business planning and daily management systems to support long-term operational excellence.
• Communicate CI progress and results to site, regional, and global stakeholders to share insights, promote alignment, and highlight impacts.
• Collaborate with regional/global CI networks to share best practices and adopt standardized tools to ensure consistent deployment across locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly preferred
•Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
Experience
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 3 years in CI leadership roles.
• Proven experience deploying Lean/Six Sigma with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives.
Skills Required
• Mastery of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Strong facilitation and workshop design skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable CI plans and roadmaps.
• Proficiency with data analytics, performance metrics, and CI digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and drive accountability.
• Understanding of ERP systems and integration points relevant to operational performance

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel office equipment, objects, tools, or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms; and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions
This position typically works on-site but may be a hybrid with approval. The working environment is generally clean; however, this position may be exposed to occasional dust, metals/solder occasional exposure to high noise levels from operating machines or physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. The employee must wear designated PPE and/or electrostatic dissipative protection where required. Otherwise, office/business casual attire, consistent with site specific safety guidelines is appropriate.
