Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club is seeking a dependable and motivated Seasonal Pantry & Line Cook to join our culinary team for the season. The ideal candidate will have open availability, a strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and food safety, and competent cooking skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and execute food according to club recipes and quality standards.
• Work pantry and line stations as needed, including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and hot-line production.
• Maintain proper sanitation, organization, and cleanliness of all work areas.
• Follow food safety, storage, temperature, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with daily prep, service, stocking, and kitchen breakdown.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support fellow culinary staff.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to member service.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant, hotel, country club, or institutional kitchen experience preferred.
• Competent basic cooking and knife skills.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and food-handling practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
