This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales based in United States.
This senior sales leadership role is focused on accelerating enterprise revenue growth across the North American private sector. You will develop and execute strategies to win new enterprise customers while building and leading a high-performing sales organization. The role combines strategic planning, complex consultative selling, team development, and executive-level relationship building. You will engage senior decision-makers across large organizations and help position cybersecurity solutions around their most critical business needs. Working cross-functionally, you will influence go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and long-term growth initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global cybersecurity environment.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new-logo sales strategy focused on penetrating enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Build, lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of enterprise sales representatives, driving continuous improvement, engagement, and individual and team success.
- Train and inspire sales professionals on strategic, high-value enterprise selling processes, methodologies, and tactics.
- Establish scalable sales processes, operating standards, and best practices that improve consistency and efficiency across the sales organization.
- Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts to understand business priorities and identify opportunities.
- Partner with channel teams to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and strengthen routes to market.
- Create and execute targeted outbound sales motions focused on relevant ideal customer profiles for identity and access management solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while consistently achieving required pipeline coverage ratios.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, using insights to improve execution and forecast performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and senior leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions within the enterprise market, ideally with a focus on privileged access management (PAM).
- Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and implement scalable enterprise sales best practices.
- Demonstrated people management experience, with a passion for attracting, developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing talent.
- High levels of integrity, initiative, accountability, honesty, and leadership.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and cross-functional programs.
- Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suitable for working with global audiences and senior executives.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and commercial judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
