- 3+ years of operational experience in luxury multifamily, luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries.
- College degree or attending college classes, preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Significant experience with conflict-resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to pick up on new concepts quickly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using ResMan is strongly preferred.
In this role, you will
- Serve as the “face” of Mark-Taylor- greeting prospective & current residents and providing them with an exceptional experience every step of the way.
- Travel to various communities in the Central 100 Portfolio, providing assistance as needed.
- Serve as the secondary leader for the overall community.
- Assist in Client relations partnering with Associate Director of Concierge Services
- Train and mentor Central 100 Leasing Consultants by collaborating with Central 100 leadership.
- Demonstrates community and apartment and/or model by actively touring the community and amenities and apply product knowledge to future residents needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sale.
- Manage various community specific accounting activity, such as daily bank deposits, record collection activity, daily input of rent payments, weekly reports, monthly financials, ensuring apartments are ready for move-in etc.
- Complete weekly reporting for Central 100 communities.
- Ensure that all proper and legal documents are processed for non-payment of rent, non-compliance resident notices etc. and properly served to the resident(s).
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
- Assist in lease transactions by preparing leases, gathering applicant’s history, credit approvals, proofreading all lease paperwork, processing move-ins/outs and cancellations, preparing resident lease renewal letters and lease renewal paperwork.
- Answer questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, policies etc. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters.
- Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community on continuing basis.
- Assist with additional leasing responsibilities as needed.
- Generate a world-class community experience for residents and fellow employees, taking ownership and pride in the property reflecting Mark-Taylor’s high brand standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and overall culture.
