CNC Operator - Mills in Morgan Hill, California at Kalman Manufacturing Inc

The CNC operator should have 3-5 years’ experience operating Vertical or Horizontal mills.

Skilled machine operators must be reliable and easy to work with, have a positive attitude, and have good communication and organizational skills. This person should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player. Day shift employees work Monday through Thursday 6:00AM to 4:30PM.

Operators should be able to manage a job independently after set up from start to finish with little to no supervision and have the required trouble shooting skills to solve problems before resorting to escalation.

Must be able to make their own off-sets and understand different off set types

Must demonstrate the ability to understand a blue print; comprehend a part and its features from the print

Must be able inspect their own work and demonstrate attention to detail when inspecting parts and recognize cosmetic defects. Demonstrate understand the types of cosmetic failures.

The Machine Operator should be capable of high-precision work, while acting as a team player.

Must have previos CNC Machine Operator experience
